We use these days to pull your items from inventory, run a quick quality check, pack them securely, and hand them off to our shipping partners. > Note: Our team rests on weekends and major U.S. holidays, so we only process orders Monday through Friday.

Step 2: Transit Window (4 – 7 Business Days) This is the active travel time. Once the shipping carrier scans your package into their system, it takes this long to arrive at your door. While transit is usually right on time, seasonal surges or severe weather can occasionally cause minor delays.
Progress Tracking
Don't worry about missing updates. The moment your package is registered with the carrier, we automatically email you a tracking number. You can click it anytime to follow its journey. (Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to refresh with the first scan.)

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. To keep our shipping free and efficient, Abby Phillips cannot cover costs or offer replacements for packages that go missing or are returned to us due to typos, wrong zip codes, or missing suite/apartment numbers.
